In the event that a product price is listed incorrectly due to a typographical error, TheWonderToys have the right to refuse or cancel any purchase made of any product if listed with the incorrect price. If a payment has already been made and the order is cancelled due to the incorrect price then the full amount will be promptly refunded to you, using the method of payment selected.

Data Protection – TheWonderToys only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. TheWonderToys will not under any circumstances pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent. If you accept to be signed up to the newsletter on the Site then you give us consent to put your name and address in our Mailchimp account in order to send you the monthly newsletter.

Shipping – All of our items are shipped via a third party carrier – Czech Post. Read our F.A.Q. for more information. TheWonderToys are not responsible for delivery times once the parcel is accepted by the third party carrier. Should you provide the wrong address when placing an order, TheWonderToys are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at the expense of TheWonderToys.

Credit Card Payments – The Site allows payments to be made via Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards. These payments are processed through an external company, "Wirecard Group". TheWonderToys do not receive any of your card details that are entered on the Site. "Wirecard Group" have their own separate terms and conditions which are not associated with TheWonderToys . Disclaimer – The buyer accepts all responsibility for what the product is used for. The seller of products, TheWonderToys will not be held responsible for any situations which may occur from any product. The products at TheWonderToys are made out of the most appropriate materials such as body safe silicone. Silicone can take some abuse, but like anything soft it can tear. With care taken, this item can last for a very long time. Although each product goes through rigorous quality control, they are handmade and therefore will have minor imperfections. Colour will vary slightly with each product.
